There are no neighbors listening through the walls, no shared pool hours, and no hotel lobby to navigate, just your group, your schedule, and 20 acres of East Texas to enjoy however you see fit.

A large covered front porch and a spacious back porch provide natural gathering spaces for morning coffee, evening drinks, or just watching the Texas sky change colors at sunset. The two large fishing ponds on the property, stocked with largemouth bass, crappie, catfish, and perch — give outdoors enthusiasts something to do from the moment they arrive. A cornhole set, walking trails across the property, and a BBQ pit round out the outdoor options.

One of the property's signature touches: a Polaroid camera and memory wall inside the farmhouse. Amy and Jimmy ask every group to snap a photo and clip it to the wall, a simple tradition that, after enough visits, becomes something genuinely moving to see.
